The service agreement involves Manomatic performing thorough inspections of all robots regularly. Here, service technicians check for wear on parts and make the necessary adjustments or repairs. Each inspection comes with a detailed service report, providing Danfoss with a clear overview of the equipment’s status and guidance on what needs to be done to ensure optimal operation until the next scheduled service.

Among the requirements Danfoss places on its partners, flexibility and professionalism are high on the list.
